Relocated To A New Address

Due to the merger of Institut Teknologi Telkom Surabaya with Telkom University, as per the decree from the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Mendikbudristek) No. 931/E/O/2023, the Journal Complete website will be relocated to a new address (https://journals.telkomuniversity.ac.id/complete), replacing the old site (journal.ittelkom-sby.ac.id/complete/) starting from Volume 5, Issue 1, in July 2024. The submission process on the old website will close on July 12, 2024. Articles currently in process will be migrated to the new website after a decision of acceptance or rejection. The old website will be preserved as an archive for previously published articles, ensuring that citations and other author needs related to these articles are not affected.
